Done numerous reseach on the things to buy from korea.. listed over 40 cosmetic n skin care products.. omg...the price will be almost half compared to spore.. simply cant control..everything also wan to buy.. haha.. luggage sure overweight cos need include winter wear.. so went to read reviews and cancel out many items that might not be suitable for my skin.. have to control.. argh. My aunt also got lots of things to buy so cant hope to put things into her luggage.. haiz... thats why i dun like to go tour alone.. nobody to help me share the luggage weight.. :((

My latest fav shopping mall is the newly opened NEX.. been there approx 4 times le.. haha.. Everytime also super crowded.. dunno why so many pple.. Newly open shopping mall sure got many promotions.. hehe.. Will be better if Daiso open one outlet there..

Previously always go Bishan library to borrow books... NEX library will be opening in march next yr.. guess i'll be going NEX more oftenly..lol.. more shops = more temptations..

Been to Etude house twice.. first time their welcome gift and gift with purchase is better then my second visit..So is always better to shop when they are newly open.. will be generous in order to attract customers.

First time their welcome gift is a box of cotton pad and a small sample of their product then with any purchase they give out a free angel wing pen, and a sheet mask.. Second time i only got a sheet mask free with any purchase.. was hoping to get another angel wing pen..

The tuition kid birthday falls on the same day as children's day.. hmm.. haven bought her present... since this is the last year i'm teaching her maybe sld get something memorable??? tuition on mon so i have 2 days to think of wat to buy.. Last year, bought her a birthday card and chocs and sweets from candy empire.. so no food this year..

Currently watching 恶作剧之吻 (korea version) , only 2 epi per week.. wed & thur...haiz.. should have waited for the drama to finish before watching.. now have to wait 1 week for epi 11 &12 then wait again.. wait and wait...

My grandma said that she was frightened every time she walk into my room.. especially yesterday..haha. the first few times was scared by the moving kitty shadow.. Now the kitty balloon cant float anymore so it would drift around my room. she said that she got a shock when she entered the room cos she saw something floating.. thought is ... u know la.. now i push the balloon to one corner so that it wont be able to move ard..

Leaving for Hong Kong is approx 18 hours.. so excited..

Xin Ying and my relative also in hong kong at the same time.. wonder if we would meet each other on the streets.. wahaha..

Hope everything wll go on smoothly as what i've planned. My aunt is working and i am having my hoildays so she asked me to plan for the 4 day trip. Done research on places to go, how to get there, googled maps, attraction's ticket prices etc.. After which i have to come up with the estimated itineraries like day one go where, day 2 go where.. Actualy planning this can be quite fun. hehe.

Busy Busy weekend..

It started at 7pm.. i thought that there will not be a lot pple so din reach on time.. was surprised when i reach cos they restrict then number going into the store at 7.10pm. this shows how many people arrive on time... WOW.. Had to queue for half an hour just to make payment.. got a shock when i left the store.. there was a long queue of people waiting to get into the store..

Seriously speaking.. trying hard to aviod going places that has sales... makes me spend more.. :(

Went orchard on sat.. shop ard then thought of going to watch a movie.. wanted to watch iron man but the best seatings available is forth row from the front.. every shows seems to be selling fast.. ah yo.. Aunt told me that her friend recommend a ramen that is highly raved.. inside Meritus Mandarin hotel..i thought it must be very expensive so hesitated.. but she told me pricing sld be below $20.. hmm.. reasonable.. so we went to look for the restaurant.. luckily we reach early. need not wait too long for a seat.. there was a long queue when we left the restaurant..

Hmm..the ambience there was nice.. most of the staff are japanese..but we still prefer the ramen at clarke quay.. Marutama Ramen..

Woke up at 7.30am the next morn.. Eldest aunt was supposed to go for a half day tour organised by the CC but last week she sprain her ankle so wan me to go on her behalf.. did not wan to go initially cos i have a 'Healthy Sleep' talk organsised by Robinson, King Koil etc in the afternoon.. worried that i might not be able to reach on time.. the youngest aunt going for both the tour and talk so she assured me that we could leave halfway and rush there by 2.. so i agreed..

Next stop Mandai Orchid Garden .. the weather was too sunny and hot thus we only walk ard for a while and went back to the covered area to wait.. luckily the guide only give half an hour for us to tour around.. cant wait to get back on the aircon bus..

There's still time so we followed them to Jalan Kayu for prata..

After which we cab to YCK station and took train to swissotel the stamford...

Any nice HK drama to introduce??? have been either watching eng movies online or taiwan entertainment talkshow.. Someone told me this korean drama seems nice.. hmm.. will try watching a few epi first..

After months of searching and sourcing for a new handphone, finally renewed the phone plan.. Many brainwash me to get iphone. but i cant accept that the camera MP and that it does not have bluetooth.. decided on different models... but din get them due to objections from different pple..such as Samsung OMNIA2 but uncle bought and said no good.. aunt say Nokia N72 good but i wanted to try other brand, lastly, finally made up my mind to get Samsung Pixon12. Although there is still objections but dun feel like choosing any more phone so just get that..

Surprisingly, i took so much time to decide on which phone i wan but u know which phone i got in the end. whaha.. Sony Ericcson Satio..

completely din consider this at all.. but... saw the brochure at the starhub centre.. then saw the the camera MP was the same as pixon12, asked the staff and they said that Satio not bad.. since there was objections for me getting samsung phone, even the staff said Satio was better, dad also agree thus decide to get that. cant believe i only took less than 5 min to change my mind. If get Pixon 12 then can use the $50 voucher given by starhub to offset.. but now Satio price is starbuy so cant use voucher.. ah ya.. wasted..

Suddenly the staff took out a few free gifts that came along with the phone.. Was surprised that it comes with free gifts when she din say anything when i was considering whether to get the phone.. Quite good leh.. Portable speaker, Sammi 郑秀文concert ticket, etc...So surprised to receive the concert ticket.. it is the cheapest range and not very interested in her so thought just go and listen to her songs..

last sat..received a call from my aunt saying that her friend wan to buy the ticket from me and ask how much i wan to sell.. since is free so never sell at $88.. agree to sell at a cheaper price.. can use the money to offset the money paid for the phone.. haha.. better than nothing.. although this means no concert for me.. :(

previously i mention that kids will mess up my room during new yr.. well it happened.. luckily they focus mainly on the bed...pillow fight as well as soft toys fight.. faint.. so scare my soft toys break into half.. haha.. at first i predicted 4 but only 3 came cos the younger boy was in hosptial.. poor boy.. admitted in hospital for a few days.. i visited the 2 boys while i went taiwan.. remember? guess the weather there was cold there and spore was too hot for them thus not xi guan with the change in weather so fell ill..

When i knew that airshow was approaching, i was so excited and pestered my dad to try to get the tickets if possible.. he got it..so happy.. Went last friday.. The shuttle bus from Terminal 3 cost $5 per trip..So it cost me $10 to and fro.. dunno why on public days, they provide free shuttle service but those going for trade days have to pay for the bus.

Most of the pictures are up on facebook.. cos if upload photos in blogger, it would take a long time..weather on that day was super super hot..had to apply lots of sunblock or else sure get burnt..Even brought a hat along but too pai sei to take it out.. haha.. The plane performace was supposed to last 1.5 hrs.. but dunno why the show only lasted approx 45 mins.. quite disappointing.. cos that is my main motivation to endure the hot sun...

Stood in the shelter instead of walking out for the show.. 11.30-1am leh.. the timing when the sun is the hottest.. Terrible..would be difficult to look at the plane if go out to the open area..cos my hand wil be so busy.. umbrella on one hand, and camera on the other hand.. so rather stand in the shelter.. looks like going to rain but no.. the sun came out again after a while..

Only managed to walk ard the plane exhibit for a while then quickly rush into the aircon area..attire was smart casual thus could not wear tee that would be more cooling..

They allow public to get on the planes and take picturse.. Although the queue wasnt very long but again due to the sun, i din queue.. argh...

Was browsing thru facebook photos and saw that my tuition kid and her parents went Hard Rock hotel Singapore to stay for the weekend.. omg..so good.. they must have booked very early in advance.. guess i have to start to persuade my family to agree to book the hotel and stay for at least one night.. hehe.. Tried to check the price for march and it cost ard $346 before taxes during the weekends and $297 before taxes during the weekdays.. not cheap hor.. maybe wait for a few month then see if got any difference.. haiz.. cant wait for all the facilities to be completed.. want to get into sentosa and take a look..

Both aunts, uncle and cousin went Hong Kong, Macau today.. Sld board the plane by now.. haiz.. Airlines always have promotion during non peak period then end up i cant go cos still busy with sch.. argh.. Grandparents always say that they wan bring me back to hainan island to experience the countryside life, how farming is done, put fire crackers etc ...but always no chance.. They going back end of this month.. again i have no chance to go cos still schooling.. Jetstar just started to offer flights to hainan island with a promotional rate.. if i'm not wrong less than 100 per pax.. imagine flying to china at such a low price.. Aunts quickly book to fly during march next year... Again it is during school period so i have to give it a miss again.. angry..

Read that sph booth at comex show will give out goodie bag with every magazine purchase. Aunt was there so told her to go look for the booth. She helped me buy one mag and got the goodie bag.. quite a lot of stuff.. Eg: shampoo, facial foam, perfume etc..

Long time since i blogged. hmm..

Read online that etude house opened a new outlet at ION orchard. Lee min-ho poster will be given for every $10 purchase. Tempted.. Planned to vist nationary library to do some research so decide to drop by ION to see if the poster is still available.. Sld refrain from going.. haiz.. End up buying more than $10... Joined their membership too. Door gift was given and small sample size of BB cream will be given when you purchase a certain amount.

Door Gift: Supposed to have one O2 mask but finished giving out yesterday. So today gave out 2 sample bottle of moisturiser, toner, one sachet of sunblock and one fluffy pen.

Watched 驾车找吃路 on channel 8 and they introduced this cake shop.. looK nice so went to buy.. the place not easy to find cos is inside those private housing area.. waited for ard 15-20 mins before my turn.. TV really increase popularity

Bought 3 flavours: Choc, Mango and durian..

i know u all will ask why i will choose taiwan again..this time is different cos it is with a tour group.. so i could visit places which i have not been to before such as 台中, 台南, 日月潭, 小人国多啦A梦 etc...

Think i will consider going hong kong again in future. this time only stay for 2 days and due to H1N1 so din visit much places such as disneyland, madam tussauds, some of their shopping centre & street markets etc .. their MRT is very convenient so need not worry getting lost or have difficulity getting from one places to another place..

In addition my luggage was already filled with stuff bought in taiwan so could not buy too many things in Hong Kong. next time if go with family then need not worry abt the luggage weight limit..1 person 20KG so if more people go then i can buy more things..hahaaha..

Lunch at crystal jade.. not worth the money cos they food was not up to our expectation.. pic and food dun match.. We ordered dumpling, fried rice and mix pot soup. only the rice was acceptable. the soup so tastless .. mo and i accidently mistaken vinegar as soya sauce and it ended up being sour.. anyway will never try the soup again..

Finally found this hello kitty shop which sells cakes, food and serve with kitty design items. The whole restaurant is filled with hello kitty Pics.. But the bad thing is that they have a minimum spending of approx $15 per pax. I read comments saying that their food is not up to standard but many still went there to take pictures or enjoy a meal with lots of hello kitty stuff.

Cant resists the tempations so bought this 2009 calendar and one tart to try..

The weather there was soo cold.. usually the temperature will only decrease stsating from end dec or beginning jan... Han Liu blew over to TW for the first few days so the temperature in taipei dropped till 13-14 ...plus the wind... wa.. really cold for the first few days...my grandparents even asked my aunt if they could go back early.. ah yo.. luckily the temperature rose back to 18 on sun...

Multiple choice should be able to help us pull up the marks but i think this time it pulls the marks real real down... qns not as direct as Section B & C .. i will scold my student when she write 1,2,3,4 on her eraser and throw when she dunno the ans for multiple choice qns.. now is my turn.. how i wish i could do that.. totally no idea what the qn is asking.. hope my guess is accurate... oh no no no...

4 more hours to the start of exam..

first paper being Biz Finance .. this made me wake up 2 times during the night and could get a good night rest.. despite spending the whole week on finance.. still very scared i might forget the steps or calculate wrongly..

Finance/acct was my greatest fear in my poly life.. but this time i feel i can do better compared to poly.. hope so ba...

i have been spending most of my study time on finance that now i begin to worry abt other subjs..
